August 14, 2023 / Vancouver, British Columbia / Oz Lithium Corporation (CSE: OZLI) (OTC: GRXXF) (Frankfurt: G0A) announces that, further to its news release dated July 13, 2023, it intends to change its name to Critical Reagents Processing Corp., to better reflect the new direction of the Company.
The Company’s ticker symbol on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) will change to “CRPC” and the ticker symbol on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will remain the same. Additionally, there will be no changes to the Company’s capital structure.
The Company also announces that it will file an updated Listing Statement with the CSE in the fall of 2023.
