(the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has fulfilled the requirements for its common shares to be listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The Company’s common shares will commence trading at market open on December 13, 2022 under the stock symbol “UDI”.
The Company has a total of 8,969,449 common shares issued and outstanding and 3,000,000 common share purchase warrants reserved for issuance. The Company has no stock options issued and outstanding.

The Company is in the business of mineral exploration. The Company is focused on the exploration of its 100% owned Chlore Property (the “Property”) located near Smithers, BC. The Property hosts a calcalkalic porphyry copper-molybdenum target. In 2021 the Company’s work plan was focused on obtaining an understanding of the alteration and mineralization on the Property. The work program included helicopter borne magnetic and radiometric surveys over the whole Property area. The next phase of exploration on the Property will comprise geological mapping, soil and rock-chip sampling, and induced polarization surveying in order to gain a detailed understanding of alteration and mineralization to define drill targets.
