Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) and Palantir Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: PLTR) have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing operational capabilities and driving the global adoption of Ondas’ autonomous drone platforms. This collaboration will integrate Palantir’s Foundry platform into Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS), enabling real-time operational intelligence and scalability.

Key Highlights of the Partnership:

  • Integration of Foundry Platform: Palantir’s Foundry will serve as a decision-making accelerator, supporting Ondas in unifying data across operations such as customer engagement, sales, marketing, production, supply chain management, and field support.
  • Scalability for U.S.-Based Supply Chain: The partnership focuses on scaling a domestic supply chain for Ondas’ Optimus System and Iron Drone Raider platforms, which are designed for aerial security and intelligence in defense, public safety, and security sectors.
  • Enhanced Operational Efficiency: Foundry’s AI-driven insights will optimize production workflows, supply chain operations, and customer engagement strategies, helping Ondas navigate complex operational environments effectively.
  • Support for Global Expansion: The collaboration is expected to bolster Ondas’ market penetration by providing the infrastructure needed to support the worldwide deployment of its autonomous systems.

Ondas Autonomous Systems (OAS), a business unit of Ondas Holdings Inc., develops advanced autonomous drone and robotics platforms tailored for industrial, government, and security applications. The company’s key products include:

  1. Optimus System™: A fully autonomous drone platform designed for 24/7 operations without human intervention. It features:
    • Automated battery and payload swapping via a robotic arm.
    • Capabilities for continuous data collection, aerial security, and infrastructure monitoring in complex environments.
    • FAA Airworthiness Type Certification, enabling deployment in industrial, defense, and public safety sectors globally.
  1. Iron Drone Raider™: A counter-drone system designed to neutralize hostile drones autonomously. It uses radar guidance, AI-powered computer vision, and a ballistic net to safely capture and lower threats without GPS or RF jamming.
  1. Ardenna’s Rail-Inspector™: AI-driven software for drone-based aerial inspection of railroad assets, providing detailed insights into rail infrastructure conditions.

These systems are marketed under “drone-in-a-box” or “data-as-a-service” models and are used in industries such as defense, energy, public safety, transportation, and critical infrastructure protection.

Ondas is scheduled to report Q4 2024 and FY 2024 financial results tomorrow.
